During an air siren the branch on duty does not work and does not provide customer service.

*a branch on duty is a separate division of JSC "NEXENT BANK", which ensures the provision of services to clients in the event of a long-term lack of energy supply.

Duty branch No. 4 of JSC "NEXENT BANK" equipped with the backup power source - a powerful generator and Starlink terminal. Additionaly Brach #4 is equipped with uninterruptible power supply reinforced with additional block of batteries.

The branch has been integrated into the POWER BANKING network and is fully barrier-free. The branch is equipped with additional facilities for clients with special needs, including a staff call button and a lifting platform for persons with limited mobility. The Bank’s employees are always ready to provide the necessary assistance and support to clients who require it.

Customers holding loans at Kyiv branches can reimburse the outstanding loan at the branch at 42-44, Shelkovychnaya Str, phone 0 800 30 97 77; +380 44 390 67 33; +380 67 467 38 69 or at the partner bank*.

Customers holding loans at regional offices can reimburse the outstanding loan at the partner bank*.

In the event of partial loan repayment you will need to fill in one of the following applications:
•Partial Early Repayment Application
•Full Early Repayment Application
