Ali Fuat Erbil Head of the Supervisory Board
|
Between 1997 – 2019, Mr. Erbil was working for Garanti Bank in different roles. During his career at Garanti Bank, Mr. Erbil was inter alia responsible for retail and digital banking, human resources, financial institutions and corporate banking and investment banking. In his last role within Garanti Bank, Mr. Erbil acted as CEO of Garanti Bank Turkey and he was chair of the supervisory boards of Garanti Bank’s subsidiaries (including Garanti Bank International N.V.). Currently, Mr. Erbil is a non-executive member of the global advisory board of C2FO (a US based fintech), an advisor to McKinsey’s Istanbul office, a supervisory board member of Dogan Holding AS, a supervisory board member of Nexent Bank N.V. and CEG NV. He holds an MBA degree from the Bilkent University (Ankara, Turkey) in business administration and a PhD from the Istanbul Technical University, faculty of business administration. Mr. Erbil was appointed as an independent member to the Supervisory Board in April 2023. Elected as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC "Nexent Bank" in November 2024. |

Umut Bayoglu Member of the Supervisory Board

Mr.Umut Bayoglu holds a BSc in economics from METU in Ankara, Turkey. He began his career in 1996 as a management trainee with Finansbank AS. He moved to Nexent Bank N.V. in Amsterdam in 2001. Appointed CFO in Nexent Bank N.V. in 2006. Since January 1, 2008 he is a Member of the Managing Board of the Nexent Bank N.V. Since July 22, 2021 he is appointed as Supervisory Board member in JSC “Nexent Bank”.

Legosteva Elena Vasilievna Member of the Supervisory Board

Ms. Legosteva is an independent member of the Supervisory Board of JSC “Nexent Bank”. During her professional career, Ms. Legosteva worked in the banking institutions of Ukraine. Ms. Legosteva held the positions of head of the internal audit service in many banking institutions in Ukraine. Ms. Legosteva has a degree in Economics from Chernihiv State Technological University.

Mr. Batuhan Yalnız Supervisory Board Member
|
Mr. Batuhan Yalnız holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Trade, Transport, and Finance from City University Business School (Sir John Cass), London. He has over 20 years of experience in banking risk management and joined Nexent Bank Group in 2008 as Division Director – Risk Management. Since 2016, he has served on the Nexent Bank N.V. Managing Board, overseeing financial and non-financial risk management, compliance, corporate credit (second line), and FI credit (second line). Mr. Yalnız recently joined the Supervisory Board of JSC "Nexent Bank" in May 2025.

Ms. Seha Ismen Ozgur Supervisory Board Member
|
Ms. Seha Ismen Ozgur is an independent consultant with extensive experience in strategy and financial services. She previously served as Director of Strategy at Ozyegin University and was a Board Member of TESEV. Earlier, she was a Partner at Oliver Wyman, advising global banks and leading the firm’s Turkish office. She is Supervisory Board member (independent) of Nexent Bank N.V. since 2019. Ms. Ozgur holds a B.A. in Economics and Applied and Computational Mathematics from Princeton University. She has recently joined the Supervisory Board of JSC "Nexent Bank" in May 2025. She qualifies as an independent member.
