Credit Europe Bank N.V. has fully exited russia

Our parent bank Credit Europe Bank N.V. (CEB NV) no longer has any presence/holds any investment in the russian federation. Following the sale of 90% of its shareholding in Credit Europe Bank Russia Ltd in September 2018, it completed the transfer of the remaining 10% on 27 March 2023. In addition, CEB NV participated indirectly for 50% in two entities that were based in russia, namely Ikano Bank LLC (which entity was sold in February 2023) and Ikano Finance LLC (which entity was liquidated in December 2023). Currently, neither CEB NV nor its 100% shareholder Credit Europe Group N.V. holds any direct or indirect participation in the russian federation.
