We would like to inform you that Branch No. 4, located at 42-44 Shovkovychna Street, Kyiv, will temporarily suspend customer service starting 26 December 2025 due to essential renovation works aimed at improving the quality of our services.

During the renovation period:

• All banking services except cash operations will remain available at the Head Office, located at 42-44 Shovkovychna Street, Kyiv, as well as via our Internet Banking platform.
• At your request, you may initiate early termination (withdrawal) of a bank deposit agreement with retention of accrued interest as of the date of such termination, and withdraw cash within the limits established by the regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine.
• You may also transfer deposit funds to another bank at any time free of charge.
